I'm Aaron Hegarty, a reporter at Omaha's KMTV 3 News Now.

I graduated The University of Nebraska-Lincoln. There, I enrolled as a computer science major, but quickly realized I missed reporting. Instead, I started using code and data to complement traditional reporting. My drive is to tell difference-making stories and serve as a community watchdog.
